GWJ3″, 4″, 5″, 6″-FX400 series accumulation type hanging conveyor is a series of new accumulation type hanging conveyor system developed by Chengde Everbright Conveyor Co., Ltd. The traction chain in the system uses four series of products, XF400A, B, C, D, which can be selected according to the actual needs of the system to achieve the best configuration. The trolley adopts 3″, 4″, 5″, 6″ four models developed by Everbright Company to meet the requirements of different process lifting. The bearing rails of 3″, 4″, 5″ trolleys are respectively made of rolled C-type rails, which have the characteristics of high geometric dimension accuracy and low trolley running resistance. 6″ adopts special flange channel steel, which has the characteristics of heavy load and wear resistance.

The stopping of each cargo trolley can be achieved by the front shovel installed on the front trolley and a tail plate installed on the rear trolley. When the front shovel rises along the inclined surface of the tail plate of the front stop trolley, the lifting claw falls to disengage the traction chain of the cargo trolley. This can also be achieved by pressing down the front trolley lifting claw through a stopper fork plate arranged on the track so that the cargo trolley is disengaged from the traction chain.
