The XF400 series conveyor is a high-quality conveying equipment developed by Chengde Guangda Conveyor Co., Ltd. according to market demand. It has the advantages of stable operation, reliable operation and strong applicability. This series of conveyors adopts the XF400 series chain, which can not only be used alone in the aluminum alloy vertical spraying production line, but also can be combined with other series of tracks to easily form various types of accumulation conveyor series, making the accumulation conveyor light and small in space, and relatively cheap.

The XF400 series conveyor is divided into four varieties according to the lifting weight: XF400A type: single lifting point weight 30kg; XF400B type: single lifting point weight 80kg; XF400C type: single lifting point weight 120kg; XT400D type: single point lifting weight 250Kg.

 System composition

The XF400 series conveyor is mainly composed of chain, track, drive device and tensioning device.

1. Traction chain

The traction chain is composed of chain plate, pin shaft, intermediate section and bearing roller group. The chain plate and pin shaft are made of 40Cr material, which has the advantages of good wear resistance and high strength after heat treatment. The bearing roller group adopts integral bearing, the material is bearing steel, which has the advantages of wear resistance, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance and low running resistance.

A, XF400A type chain is divided into two types, using chain with pitch of 250 and 400 respectively, and the minimum hanging spacing is full pitch 250 and 400. Using chain with pitch of 400, special hoisting equipment can also be used to achieve half pitch hanging, and the minimum hanging spacing is 200. Single point hanging weight is 30Kg.

B. There are three types of XF400B chain, with chain pitches of 300, 350 and 400 respectively, and the minimum hanging spacing of 300, 350 and 400 respectively. The hanging spacing is an integer multiple of the pitch, and the single-point lifting weight is 80Kg.

C. There are two types of XF400C chain, with chain pitches of 350 and 400 respectively, and the minimum hanging spacing of 350 and 400 respectively. The hanging spacing is an integer multiple of the pitch, and the single-point lifting weight is 120Kg.

D. Because the single-point lifting weight of XF400D chain is larger, there is only one type, with a chain pitch of 400, a minimum hanging spacing of 400, and a single-point lifting weight of 250Kg.

Tracks

XF400 conveyor tracks include standard straight tracks, horizontal curved tracks, vertical curved tracks, inspection tracks, thermal telescopic tracks, etc. The tracks are pressed and formed from high-quality steel plates. The standard track length is 6000 mm. There are mounting brackets on both sides of the track, and positioning brackets are installed every 600 mm in the middle of the track. The track connection can be bolted or the brackets at both ends can be welded.

Tracks

In order to prevent the drive device from being damaged when the entire line fails, the drive device is also equipped with a torque limiter, which ensures that the entire system can stop in time when the line fails, protecting the various components of the conveying system from damage.
