Chain type
Depending on the load weight, the chain is divided into many different models, with a single-point lifting weight ranging from 8Kg to 100Kg. Users can choose the corresponding model of chains according to the specific weight of the workpiece to be conveyed and the working environment. The chain consists of a chain piece, a wheel, a guide wheel, an intermediate section, etc. The chain plate is made of 50Mn steel, and the wheel guide wheels are all made of integral bearing wheels. The moving wheel and guide wheel are alternately arranged to make the chain very good horizontal and vertical bending performance and minimize running resistance.
The chain is connected to the workpiece to be conveyed through a spreader installed on the wheel shaft. The spacing of the hanging workpiece depends on the specific requirements of the user, but the suspension spacing can only be an integer multiple of the chain pitch.
Workpieces can be hung in single point or double point composite hanging. The weight of the composite hanging workpiece is twice the weight of the single point hanging.
