The system includes two layers of tracks, the lower track uses an XF-400 conveyor, and the upper track is a two-wheel guide rail for the trolley, which is installed on the XF-400 chain with a pitch of 200 or an integer multiple of 200 (minimum pitch 200). The trolley is equipped with a C-type hook to prevent conveying contamination when passing through the paint and powder spraying room.
The trolley can be equipped with a rotating device, with two options: a continuous rotating device and a 4×90° automatic rotating device.
