The upper layer of DFLl80/270/300 ground conveyor adopts Everbright Company's special chain to pull the process trolley, and the lower layer is guided by rails. The process trolley can be installed with a rotating device to rotate 90° or 180°. It is mainly used for spraying operations of computer shells, mobile phone shells and automobile wheels.

Technical Features

The DFLl80/270/300 conveyor track is divided into two layers, the upper track runs the chain, which is driven by one or more drive devices to pull the process trolley; the lower track guides the process trolley. The maximum load capacity of a single conveyor trolley is 50Kg, and the accuracy of the trolley positioning is guaranteed by the four guides installed on the trolley. In addition, a nylon guide rail is installed on the top of the traction rail to ensure that the trolley runs in the middle of the load rail. The rotating device installed on the trolley is selected by the user to rotate 90° or 180°.
