DPF300/250-50 conveyor is a new type of ground conveying equipment developed by Chengde Guangda Conveyor Co., Ltd. It is a double-deck track three-dimensional space closed-loop continuous conveying system suitable for spraying light workpieces (such as car bumpers or motorcycle fuel tanks, etc.) in the coating industry. Its main features are: stable operation, the carrying trolley is always in a horizontal state, and the trolley swings very little when climbing or turning, which helps to ensure the quality of the sprayed workpiece surface.

Straight track:

The standard length of the straight track is 6000mm, and a bracket is set every 750mm to ensure the strength of the track.

Curved track:

The turning radius of the horizontal curved track: R600, R800; turning angle: 15°, 30°, 90°.

Turning radius of vertical curved track: R1500; Turning angle: 15°, 30°.

Driving and tensioning device

The driving device adopts double-sided linear drive, and can be installed with a fixed speed or speed-adjustable motor. The conveyor speed is continuously adjustable from 0 to 10 m/min. The tensioning device adopts a heavy hammer or pneumatic tensioning form.
